You may use Softium services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

- Acceptable use: You agree to use Softium services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited activities: You may not misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, scrape or harvest data without permission, upload malicious code, or use our services to violate the rights of others.

Certain Softium services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Account responsibility: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep your account details up to date.

Softium provides software products and related services, including SoftLens, SoftFlow, and future products within the Softium ecosystem.
Our services may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features or products at our discretion. While we strive to maintain reliable service, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
4. Intellectual Property
Softium and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the services, including all software, branding, designs, documentation, and related intellectual property.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from Softium services except as expressly permitted by applicable law or written authorization from Softium.
- Softium trademarks, logos, and product names may not be used without prior written consent.
5. Payments
Some Softium products may be offered under paid subscription or usage-based plans in the future. When billing applies, additional payment terms will be presented at the time of purchase or subscription.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled in accordance with the applicable billing terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
Softium services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Softium does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of its services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the services.
7. Changes to Terms
Softium may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the website, by email, or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of Softium services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
